67abc Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 67abc website at https://67abc.app, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 67abc (the "Platform" or "Operator").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 67abc platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of any part of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updates.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the 67abc Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 67abc platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any gambling or betting activity on the platform. By completing registration, you warrant and represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

67abc reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a review of account activity. Acceptable proof of age includes a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.

Additional Eligibility Conditions

• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 67abc or any affiliated platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when placing wagers or operating an account. Account activity must reflect your own personal entertainment use only.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 67abc employee where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of 67abc features — including deposits, withdrawals, live casino, sports betting, and slot games — you must create a registered account. Registration requires you to supply accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 67abc will never ask for your password via email, telephone, or live chat. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account credentials have been compromised.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

67abc operates a Know Your Customer programme in accordance with standard iGaming compliance practice. As part of KYC, you may be asked at any time to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months showing your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming your ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet used to make deposits.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 67abc support may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functions until the verification process is complete. 67abc reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory KYC completion.

Single Account Policy

Each player may hold exactly one registered 67abc account. Creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds held therein.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

67abc supports deposits and withdrawals via the major mobile financial services available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are also available for eligible accounts. All transactions are processed and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash and Nagad.
• Deposits are credited to your gaming wallet within two minutes of successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
• 67abc does not charge a service fee on deposits. Any charges levied by your mobile financial service provider are outside 67abc's control and are the player's responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and verified under KYC. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to verification status.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully KYC-verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional review.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for verified accounts is within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and up to 24 hours for bank transfer methods.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended pending completion of KYC verification, active bonus wagering requirements, or fraud review procedures.
• 67abc does not apply a service fee to withdrawals processed to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallets.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

67abc offers welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotional offers tied to events including BPL season, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer and to the general conditions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by 67abc are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotional offer page. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. Only real-money wagers placed after the bonus has been credited contribute toward the wagering requirement.

Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that have not met the wagering requirement within the expiry window stated on the promotional offer will be forfeited automatically. The standard expiry period is 30 days from the date of bonus credit unless a different period is stated at the point of offer.

Bonus Abuse

67abc employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements; or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and associated winnings forfeited, and may be subject to permanent account suspension.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any activity on the 67abc platform that is illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise in violation of these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is explicitly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers, navigate the platform, or interact with any game without genuine human participation.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, technical glitches, or misconfigured game settings to generate illegitimate winnings ("game abuse").
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or funding your account with proceeds from fraudulent, stolen, or unlawful sources.
• Colluding with other players in live casino, poker, or any game where cooperative deception would give an unfair advantage.
• Posting, sharing, or transmitting abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or defamatory content through any communication channel on the 67abc platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any 67abc system, server, database, or other player's account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the 67abc platform as a vehicle to process funds derived from criminal activity.

67abc cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally in cases where criminal conduct is suspected. Account data, transaction records, and IP information may be disclosed to law enforcement without prior notice to the account holder where legally required.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 67abc platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, written content, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 67abc or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 67abc platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 67abc content without express written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any 67abc intellectual property.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the 67abc platform.
• Use the 67abc name, logo, or brand assets in any commercial context without prior written consent.

Game content available on the 67abc platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective studios. 67abc makes no claim of ownership over licensed third-party game content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 67abc's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall be limited to the net amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

67abc expressly excludes liability for the following categories of loss, even where such loss was foreseeable or 67abc had been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data arising from platform use.
• Interruption to platform access caused by scheduled maintenance, network outages, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service failures.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional descriptions.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits 67abc's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

You may request the closure of your 67abc account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Where a closure request is made with no outstanding bonus wagering requirements, withdrawable balances will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days of the request being processed.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gambling activity may apply for a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion via the account settings page or by contacting support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. 67abc will not accept re-registration attempts from self-excluded players during the active exclusion window.

Operator-Initiated Suspension

67abc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including but not limited to: confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; or compliance obligations arising from applicable law or regulatory guidance. In cases of suspension for suspected fraud, 67abc may withhold available balances pending investigation.

10. Amendments to These Terms

67abc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal policies, bonus terms, or eligibility requirements — registered players will be notified via email to the address on file, at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing policy language, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice. The effective date shown at the top of this document is updated each time any change is published.

Your continued use of the 67abc platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and submit a closure request to [email protected] before the amendment takes effect.
